Partner Program Agreement

1. The program

You receive a personal referral link. When someone visits PageBeacon through your link, creates an account, and pays for a subscription, you earn a commission of 30% of every amount they actually pay, on every invoice, for as long as their subscription remains active. There is no cap and no time limit on the recurring commission. Referred users receive the Growth plan at the Starter price for their first 3 months.

2. Attribution

Attribution is first-touch: a visitor is credited to the first partner whose link they used, via a cookie valid for 90 days. Once a signed-up account is bound to a partner, that binding is permanent and is not transferred. Self-referrals (subscribing through your own link) do not generate commission.

3. Payouts

Commissions become payable 30 days after the invoice they derive from (the refund window). We pay to your Wise account in USD, or by EUR bank transfer to your IBAN if you are in the EU, using the details you provide in your partner dashboard, in batches (typically once a balance is worth transferring). If a referred payment is refunded, the corresponding commission is reversed.

4. Taxes

Commission amounts are gross. Where Innovatech Hub SRL is legally required to withhold tax at source (for example, for Romanian tax residents receiving this income as an individual without a registered business, Romanian law requires a 10% income tax withholding), the withheld amount is deducted before the transfer and remitted to the tax authorities on your behalf. Otherwise, you are solely responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your commission income in your country. If you operate through a registered business, you may instead invoice us monthly for the payable amount shown in your dashboard.

5. Partner conduct

You agree not to:

• send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) containing your link;
• make false or misleading claims about PageBeacon, its results, or its pricing;
• bid on "PageBeacon" or confusingly similar terms in paid search, or impersonate PageBeacon in any channel;
• post your link on coupon or "deal" aggregation sites;
• hide the fact that you earn a commission where disclosure is required (for example, FTC endorsement rules).

Violations void unpaid commissions and end the agreement.

6. Term and termination

Either side may end this agreement at any time, with notice by email. On termination without violation, commissions already matured (past the 30-day window) are still paid out; recurring commissions on future invoices stop. We may change the commission rate for future invoices with 30 days notice; changes are never retroactive.

7. Relationship

You are an independent partner. This agreement does not create an employment, agency, or joint-venture relationship, and you may not make commitments on behalf of Innovatech Hub SRL.
